7/1/26 Skagen, Denmark

Skagen, our last port…. It’s at the northern tip of Denmark…. Pronounced as “scan”. The old town is charming with yellow paint and red tiles…. Lots of beautiful flowers

  1. Grenen

The northernmost point of Denmark where the North Sea meets the Baltic Sea. You can walk to the tip and enjoy the stunning views.

I’m pointing at the Baltic sea, P at the north sea
Look at the wave action of two seas crashing against each other
Lots of jelly fishes got washed up on the beaches of grenen

Skagen Lighthouse (Vippefyret)An old wooden lighthouse that offers a climb for a panoramic view of the coast.

It’s the last day of our 12 day cruise and it has been amazingly fruitful… 8 countries in 12 days… We were all over northern Europe and the Baltics

Goodbye Baltics!! Thanks for this amazing cruise 😘… For the next part of the voyage we will rail across Germany, visit Berlin and Munich and then get on the second cruise from Rome to Venice via the Italian boot and also visit some balkans countries via windstar cruise which we have never tried….. Journey onwards my friends….
